Are you a strategic leader with a passion for purchasing and Travel Retail/Duty Free Shopping? We are looking for a dynamic Head of Procurement to lead our procurement operations, drive innovation, and build strong supplier partnerships that support our business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage budgets, and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team of buyers to achieve departmental targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in travel retail.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
- Inventory Optimization: Work cross-functionally to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal standards, and internal company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Travel Retail Purchasing or Duty Free Shopping.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and supplier relationship management
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
