Job Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Specialist with prior experience in the manpower supply industry. The role involves daily B2B field sales to prospective clients across key industries, as well as outreach via emails, calls, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and preparing quotations, technical presentations, and commercial proposals to secure contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily B2B client visits to promote manpower services to potential clients.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Execute digital sales outreach through emails, phone calls, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and submit accurate quotations, pricing sheets, and manpower deployment plans.
- Deliver professional presentations and service overviews to key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical, operational, and cost inputs.
- Maintain records of client communication, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM or reporting tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant labour regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the manpower supply or staffing industry.
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Strong understanding of manpower categories (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled) and workforce operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Able to work independently in the field and maintain professional follow-ups digitally.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily within assigned areas.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing network of clients within labour-intensive industries.
- Knowledge of labour laws, project manpower planning, and commercial contracting.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day | 5 days/week
- Contract Duration: 2 Years
