Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Facility Management team in Jeddah. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and handling the commercial and technical aspects of proposals and bidding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility maintenance and manpower services.
- Manage and supervise the sales process from lead generation to contract closing.
- Prepare and review commercial quotations and technical proposals.
- Handle tendering and bidding processes for new projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in facility maintenance and manpower services.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, commercial quotations, technical proposals, and tender/bidding processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and support the sales function.
