Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager – Operations for a Facility Management company based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance operations, managing manpower services, and leading the sales and commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise facility maintenance operations.
  • Oversee manpower services and operational staff.
  • Lead and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Prepare and review commercial quotations and technical proposals.
  • Handle bidding and tendering processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in facility maintenance and manpower services.
  • Strong experience in sales supervision, quotation preparation, and bidding processes.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
