We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager – Operations for a Facility Management company based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance operations, managing manpower services, and leading the sales and commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise facility maintenance operations.
- Oversee manpower services and operational staff.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare and review commercial quotations and technical proposals.
- Handle bidding and tendering processes.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in facility maintenance and manpower services.
- Strong experience in sales supervision, quotation preparation, and bidding processes.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
