Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance related to facility maintenance and manpower services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company’s financial budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze ROI (Return on Investment) for projects and business operations.
- Prepare and review CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
- Coordinate and support financial audits.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes for operational activities.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend cost-control strategies.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in facility maintenance or manpower services companies.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, ROI analysis, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial reporting.
- Experience in financial audits and financial planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
