Job Description:
Seerah is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Management / Sales Marketing Specialist (Female – Arab Nationality) to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will support executive management, oversee office operations, manage social media platforms, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
- Provide executive administrative support to the Chairman & CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and business events.
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and business development activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized office records and documentation.
- Support company events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Travel when required for business meetings and projects.
Requirements:
- Female Arab Nationality.
- Proven experience in Office Management, Executive Administration, or Sales & Marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
