Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Cutting Operator to join our Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating pipe cutting machines, preparing materials according to specifications, and ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pipe cutting machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, mark, and cut pipes according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect cut materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Assist in achieving production targets and minimizing material waste.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating pipe cutting machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in stainless steel or pipe manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Ability to read measuring instruments and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of machine safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nationality: Indian or Filipino preferred.
