Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Piping Machine Operator to join our leading HVAC Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining piping machinery to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate piping and tube processing machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production instructions.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating piping or tube manufacturing machinery.
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing or metal fabrication industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nationality: Indian or Pakistani preferred.
