Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Senior Engineer to join our SS Pipes Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead research and development activities, drive product and process improvements, and develop innovative solutions to enhance product quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development projects for stainless steel pipe products and processes.
- Conduct material analysis, product testing, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and innovative solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams on product improvements.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to support innovation initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on R&D activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of materials science, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process improvement and product testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and technical reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Nationality: Indian or Filipino preferred.
