Job Description:
Seerah is seeking an experienced and dedicated Tube Field Foreman for the Stainless Steel (SS) Pipes Industry in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field operations, managing workforce activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the successful execution of SS pipe installation and fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily field activities related to SS pipe installation and fabrication.
- Lead, guide, and motivate field personnel to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and project records.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, site managers, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.
- Promote and enforce safe working practices across all site activities.
Requirements:
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the SS Pipes or Tube Industry.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of stainless steel pipe installation, fabrication, and handling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with industry standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
