Job Description:
Seerah is urgently hiring a Tube Line Foreman for the SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will supervise tube line operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tube line production operations.
- Monitor production activities to ensure targets and schedules are achieved.
- Lead and guide operators and production workers on the tube line.
- Ensure proper operation and setup of tube manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with required specifications.
- Identify and resolve production and equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality-control teams when required.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize production waste.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Prepare production reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Requirements:
- Candidates must currently be residing in the Philippines or India only.
- Must have a strong background in the SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience in tube line operations and supervision.
- Candidates whose experience is primarily in the construction industry will not be considered.
- Only applicants with relevant SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry experience are eligible.
- Strong knowledge of tube manufacturing processes, machinery, and production procedures.
- Good leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
- Salary: SAR 4,000–5,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
