Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Turkish Chef in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and proven experience in preparing authentic Turkish cuisine, preferably within the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Turkish dishes
- Develop and plan menu offerings
- Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
- Manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Diploma of Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Must have an experience working as a Turkish Chef/ Assistant Chef.
- GCC experience is required
- Strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cuisine
- Ability to prepare traditional and modern Turkish dishes
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards
