Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Bidding and Estimation Engineer with a strong background in Hard and Soft Services within the Facility Management (FM) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, cost estimations, and technical submissions in accordance with industry best practices and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for FM, MEP, and soft services projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations for vendor/subcontractor quotations.
- Develop pricing strategies and value engineering solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with client RFPs and internal standards.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits when necessary.
- Support business development with technical inputs and proposal presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role within the KSA FM industry.
- Proven knowledge of MEP systems, soft services, and integrated FM solutions.
- Strong grasp of cost modelling, estimation tools, and bid preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Native Arab National preferred for strong client communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in FM Industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fluent in English
