Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our culinary team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in AlUla. The ideal candidate must be highly professional, with hands-on experience in meat preparation, portioning, and hygiene standards for premium dining environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various cuts of meat and poultry with precision and efficiency
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, storage, and food safety
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation
- Manage inventory of meat products and minimize wastage
- Ensure quality control of all meat products received and used
- Uphold health and safety regulations in compliance with restaurant policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butcher in the GCC
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts (beef, lamb, poultry, etc.)
- Familiarity with fine dining kitchen standards
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
